Answers to common questions about our treatment rooms, the licensed piercing room (Room 4), bookings, and practitioner requirements.
Are piercing or aesthetic procedures permitted?
Yes. Treatment Room 4 is licensed for cosmetic skin piercing procedures and is suitable for qualified practitioners offering piercing, PMU, microblading and related aesthetic treatments.
Do practitioners need to provide insurance and qualifications?
Yes. Practitioners carrying out licensed or regulated treatments must provide copies of relevant licences, registrations, qualifications and insurance documentation before carrying out treatments from the premises. Documents should be emailed to contact@treatmentstudios.co.uk.
Is sharps disposal available?
Yes. Sharps disposal facilities are available for authorised professional use in connection with licensed treatments carried out in Treatment Room 4.
Is hazardous / clinical waste disposal available?
Yes. Hazardous and clinical waste disposal facilities are available on site for authorised professional use.
Can I book recurring weekly sessions?
Yes. Recurring and long-term bookings are available subject to availability.
What happens if I overrun my booking?
Practitioners must vacate the room within their booked session time. Late departures may incur a £50 charge.
Is parking available on site?
Yes. Parking is available on site for practitioners and clients.
Are towels or consumables provided?
Basic room facilities are provided. Practitioners are responsible for supplying their own specialist equipment, consumables, needles, pigments, PPE and treatment-specific materials unless otherwise agreed.
Can I treat clients under 18?
Clients under 18 may only receive treatments where legally permitted and where appropriate parental or guardian consent has been obtained. Practitioners remain fully responsible for ensuring compliance with all legal and professional requirements relevant to their treatments.
What qualifications or insurance do I need?
Practitioners are responsible for ensuring they hold all appropriate:
- qualifications,
- licences and registrations,
- public liability insurance,
- and any treatment-specific insurance or certifications required for their services.
Are the rooms suitable for PMU and aesthetics practitioners?
Yes. Treatment Room 4 is suitable for qualified PMU, microblading, piercing and aesthetic practitioners offering permitted treatments.
Can I leave equipment on site between sessions?
Storage cupboards are available to rent in the lobby area for £12 per month, subject to availability. These are suitable for practitioners wishing to store equipment or supplies between sessions.

Is Wi-Fi available?
Yes. Wi-Fi is available on site for professional business use.
What is your cancellation policy?
Bookings cancelled:
- 7 or more days before the booking start time receive a full refund;
- between 4 and 7 days before receive a 50% refund;
- within 4 days of the booking start time are non-refundable.
Failure to attend a booking is treated as a completed booking.
